Bench Press @90% of current max for 3 reps CAT Bench @75% of desired max 6x3 super set with chest supported DB Rows for 6x6 with 2 second hold on contraction. 90 second rest. Dead Press @82% of current max; 4x1; 30 second rest Weighted Dips; 3x6; 2 minute rest DB Paused Floor Flies; 3x12; 60 second rest DB Paused Floor Tricep Extensions; 5x12; 90 second rest

Long time lifter, first time subscriber. I just wanted to make an observation that the comments powerlifters make on your channel are far more supportive and helpful to each other then ones I have seen made on bodybuilder videos. I have occasionally made a comment or asked a basic question in those forums and they seem to be frequented by trolls who think it is clever to turn any question or comment into a homophobic response to be mean. Thanks for all of the good advice.

This is great intensity. The average person in that gym ain't ready for that intensity and they aren't even doing the workout lol.

Hell yea Josh another great you tube bench video.. Life is looking up, just ordered 5 of Josh's books, the gym has finally opened up and I get to watch and I get to watch a Josh Bryant you tube bench video tonite and get jacked for tomorrow's training day

Great stuff but i am a bit confused about this going for my off or on season program. It seems very heavy but says off-season in the description, Could this work my on-season bench workout and i do lighter sets with more reps on my off season? And how would an on-season bench program look like? Thanks Josh :)

Btw 6"4 cutting down to 255lbs also going for 500lbs atm I hope too least stay in 400s during this cut. How long with good program and Natural do you think that last 85ish lbs should take?
