This is the 5th video about the construction of a BMW R-NineT Scrambler, on which I developed some series parts.
In this episode you will see how the seat is foamed and covered. The seats are foamed in a small series in a negative mold, In the last video you saw how the prototype was created from automotive clay ( • R-NineT Scrambler Ep. ... ) This was the basis for the small series seen in this video.
I foam the seats to be able to adjust the hardness of the foam perfectly, and always have the exact same shape of the seat.
