Great knife although a little pricey.... got one from HH 2 weeks ago and really like it. Like you I grabbed my UKPK and started comparing the spring but I’m not bothered by it at all. Agree with all the points you mentioned so cool review 👍
Not a fan of the knife per se (the clip point looks like an afterthought) but always enjoy your reviews. I think the production quality and info in your videos is up there with far more popular channels. It's surely only a matter of time before the UK cutlery community properly catches on, and your channel really takes off. Keep up the good work.
I like your channel, very useful to choose an UK legal. Lionsteel send me back the same knife back with different scales and some glue between the spring and scales to hide the problems , and they promise that they will send me a new one. I also had an M4 from them that I had to return for factory faults.
Just saw your comment on Slick Slicer's video over on Knife slips. Thought I'd check you out. Just subscribed. Looking forward to checking out your channel. The blade seems to walk around in a similar fashion to stilettos where it seems to ratchet around. I've always thought this was a safety feature used with weaker back springs. Obviously with stilettos the blade has the pin style back lock to keep it open so there is not reason for a strong back spring but you also don't want it to just slam shut when you pop the lock off, thus the ratcheted closing makes you physically walk the blade around.
There's a variety of channels based in the UK that enjoy knives and edc despite our strict laws, check out Paddy's potato peelers and slick slicers to name just two!

Thank you very much for the encouraging words, you're always a pleasure to talk to! I'll agree that the clip point looks slightly off (although I kind of like it) and it's sort of a compromise knife, half traditional, half modern so there's that.
