Maybe because I'm biased towards Strange, but Benedict's best performance has to be What if...? episode 4. He's playing the same character but he makes it sound like they're totally different people!

I love how he doesn’t have just one “evil monstrous voice,” but that he adapts them based off what kind of creature it is and how humorous they are. There’s a deep purr-like sounds for the feline characters, but Doolittle’s tiger has a subtle Sylvester the cat voice that makes him fearsome, but still comedic, in contrast with the Jungle Book’s antagonist who’s meant to be solely feared. Also I was today years old when I realized he also voiced Sauron in the Hobbit franchise and not just Smaug

I like that he did a lighter town for Sauron to mix it up when you look at his villainous voice acting. All of them are deep voices except for Sauron, probably the most evil of them all

he originally wasn't going to. I don't think they ever disclosed the reason why. my guess is due to scheduling conflicts. but yes, that is his voice in that episode of what if.
