Chia seeds should be kept overnight. Because chia seed expand it can cause reflux problem not 10-20 minutes. Mam give full knowledge don’t mislead the people 🙏

Proper way to make them ready to eat :- Before sleeping just Take 1 or 2 tsp Chia seeds as per your liking, put them in a glass and add around 50ml of water and mix it properly so that the seeds get properly mixed and covered with water then wait 10 to 15 min and after that again add 50 to 100ml water and mix again thoroughly then cover the glass with something a lid or a katori and leave them overnight. Overnight chia seeds are best for getting complete benefits out of it and with this way it would not cause any digestion issues.
Its completely wrong procedure to take chia seeds. You should tell complete information. Chia seeds should be soked in water atleast 1-2 hours before intake.
