I forgot to sit on floor .... and caused severe back pain and leg pain... tried many pain killers and reduced Weight .. but FORGOT to sit on Floor on a regular basis.. In 1 session only I am feeling energetic👩‍🌾 Thank you Fitness Rockers 🙏👏👏👏👏👍
