Thank you 😊. It mainly depends when you see the segment. If I see a 500cc vehicle which can cruise at 140kmph easily, then I am happy about it. After all we are touring, not racing 😊

On the way servicing can be a problem. If your trip is under 6k kms, then you can start after service.

It will be little difficult. My suggestion will be to check for the nearest showroom and check by yourself. Because the weight of the bike also matters.

Huge difference in pricing. But if you are someone who gives importance to comfort for you and pillion, then yes this is worth it. Anyday the extra amount you paid will give you comfort.

Its not great but honestly if you are looking at going long distances to remote places just get a pair of AUX lights. Plenty of mounting points on this bike. A good set of lights will set you back around 6k and then you can tour in dark places with ease. The only issue you will face taking such a bike to Ladakh is the lack of any service. My friend went on his FZ16 and his bike faced an issue. A local roadside mechanic fixed it easily and he was all set. Good luck finding anyone there who would touch such a bike.

Nope. Much more expensive. Also very few service centers. You should check if you have a local service center before buying.
