All new constructions to display laminated approved sanctioned plan in front of construction site, if not displayed public and authorities can question and stop the construction.

Despite sending countless emails regarding the illegal construction, the issue remains unresolved. The site engineers from BBMP Dasarahalli visit the site, summon the owner to the office, and then disappear without a trace. The complaint is still open, and the negligence shown by the department is truly shameful. This inaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of the system.
Construction people occupy footpaths and roads to erect temporary sheed and load material. Lots of corruption is going on. Request you to bring in Law in this regard.
Hi News lokayukta team, You should consider doing a special coverage on Dasarahalli, Bhuvaneswarinagar (14th, 15th, and 16th Cross). You'll be surprised to see the buildings constructed without proper setbacks and plan approvals. Additionally, a focused segment on the BBMP Dasarahalli office would reveal officials neglecting their duties.
"There are numerous buildings in Bhuvaneshwarinagar, Mr. Team head . take action against the BBMP Commissioner. We have submitted several complaints regarding an illegally constructed 6-floor building on 15th Cross, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Kempapura. Despite the multiple complaints, no action has been taken by the BBMP. It's a disgrace to the department. Additionally, the building lacks the required setback."
What safety guarantee is provided to the complainant? How did the electricity and water boards approve these facilities? The illegal actions started with the government departments. After witnessing all the illegal activities, how were electricity and other services sanctioned?
In any other country, the Lokayukta directly accusing a municipal body of colluding with private actors to defraud the citizens would have led to resignations and enquiries. In India, we respond with a shrug. The BBMP commissioner must resign.
You authorities only talk about legal fault but what is the technical cause for the failure of the structure? Structural engineer investigation report to be revealed to the public so that people become aware of it.
Start investing all that area unapproved buildings and send a notice to all those buildings now. Or else stop marketing yourself Chief Lokayukta concerns!
Could someone enlighten what is the allowed number of floors excluding stilt ? Looking up on internet seems ambiguos- which is subject to road width and site area. Lokayukta guy has not mentioned what is prescribed not where to complain ?
Most of the small & mid-size building, some PG buildings within GREEN GLEN LAYOUT, BELLANDUR have NOT followed government guidelines. You, Lokayukta should look into this matter. These buildings will collapse later if not TODAY. Every govt department is colluded with the builders Act of corruption across.
No end to people's woes. Now with E khata and server and whatever hurdles are there, registration has come to a standstill. To get things done people want bribes.
There are so many irregularities from illegal construction to lackadaisical attitude towards pot-holed roads, water logging due to some irresponsible citizens letting drainages. Only when the Ministers, MLA comes to Horamavu, the facade is face lifted. No road cleaning, stench from the hotels into the drainage, unhygienic hotels and dumping etc etc. The list can go on. Even calling the officials has no response.Bbmp please take the cooperation and efforts of the residents to keep the city clean. We are ready to hand hold in your efforts for quality air and clean city. Swatch Bharat... Allot 2 days in a year for swatch cleaning by every citizen in Bengaluru. You will see the difference soon and awareness awakened. No water and still we are paying 1k for water since last summer. No respite even after the rains. Please do something. We want dynamic leaders.

Source of funds to be investigated, how did the bank manager sanction th loan amount above 3 floors. Public money is diverted to the frauds like these. There shoule bea through investigation about who all have taken the bribes.
The building fell not just due to legality but due to technicalities.. when no engineer's or architects are involved but builders beyond scope of common knowledge get built then the state is the criminal. All buildings must be classified according to complexity to be dealt by professionals. Ironically most building get built without soil testing, structural behaviour analysis or material testing rendering the students of civil redundant and leading to corruption and fradulance. Also experience and compulsory registration of engineers is needed without which the building should not be permitted or even layouts per say.
He is trying hard to bring in some honesty … but he knows it will be status quo or the case will languish in the legal system for a few decades. All concerned will be back in action when the sun is out

All people who are talking about plan sanction extra floor are definitely of non bangalorians or people who have come here in recent times . Stop migrating to bangalore all tgis will come down automatically. The area was supposed to be water /lake filled once . And you put cheap material for 6 floor what you expect.!! .
