Good. Miami PD needs to be held accountable. They are long overdue on their hostile and biased unprofessional behaviors.

Agencies need to STOP dispatching ordinary patrol officers to mentally ill calls. They're not intelligent enough or trained to deal with such emergencies. They need tp dispatch certified Crisis Intervention officers to avoid mishaps like this.
