In the past, a speed advantage was questionable, but with Pacquiao, and Mayweather, in their late 30's, I think Khan has one now advantage. However, all of them use their speed in different ways. Floyd has quick reaction time, and his quick mindedness go hand 'n hand with his physical speed. He also has beautiful textbook boxing footwork. Unlike most brawlers, Pacquiao doesn't telegraph his punches by throwing them wide. This is also a key factor to his speed. The same can be said about his great, but unorthodox footwork. Khan's speed is mostly hand speed. I think they all throw their punches in effective ways, but Floyd wins in accuracy, & efficiency.
