Bernina 830 Record foot control repair New top for broken parts how to fix speed control inside 

Another great video Jeff. My Bernina 790plus foot pedal sometimes sticks so even when my foot is off of the pedal it keeps sewing. Any advice on how to fix?

You should be advising that the capacitor is replaced. If they are at a stage of fitting a 3 d printed part than the fire risk of a 40+ year old capacitor should be highlighted. To simply removed is also bad advice, all capacitors are available and not only improve the carbon brush life of the motor (4 in 1 capacitor in motor housing ) but also the EMI capacitor that you see in the foot control reduces feedback to the home electrical systems and contrary to popular belief this is even more critical with todays general home equipment such as wifi routers etc.
