Hi Jeff, I wonder if you can help? My Bernina 780 will not go through the startup, the Bernina screen comes on (the red Bernina Made to Create) and then goes black, over and over. Yes, I did not use it for a year. I have tried leaving it plugged in, but no change in 24 hours. I live in Ireland so have no recourse to a dealer. Please advise if there is anything I can do, I am desperate!
Hi, have you ever repaired a Juki TL18? Mine is 10 months old but I've and others, had trouble with it jamming intermittently. We think it could be the positioning finger. (Juki dealer long drive away)
