How to fix Bernina auto threader 790 Pro 880 830 New 28mm rotary cutter QS Bernina Jeff 

Thank you so much for the auto-threader info. I have a 770 qe plus, which does not have the automatic threader, but a manual one. After watching this video, I realized that my threader may also have fuzz in it as the last few times I used it, it took 3 or 4 times before it caught. Lo and behold, fuzz! Cleaned it out just like you showed, and it works great again. Thanks again for the helpful hint, not sure I would have thought of it on my own.

Mine jammed today on my 790 Pro. My menus won't open. I now have the 1010 Maindrive failure but my needle threader is stuck down.

Does it have to do maintenance every three years. If it does, what kind of maintenance is needed？

It seems that Bernina has so many issues, plus they loose their value. I own one. Never again b
