@@danp1471 alright here it goes. ari shaffir was dating a women named natasha leggero. he was in love with this woman. one day bobby lee brought this guy he knew named ron peterson to the comedy story, ron saw natasha and said she was hot, bobby informed him she was dating ari. ron didn’t care she was dating ari and made moves on natasha, he got her number. ron started exchanging emails with natasha and sent her flowers for however long, ari eventually found out after checking natashas computer. ari was very sad. bobby called ari claiming that he saw ron and natasha walking into an opera together and was wondering if him and natasha were still together. this was a lie. the only reason bobby called was because ron asked him to call ari and see what was up between him and natasha. eventually ari realized the real reason why bobby called him, this then made him think that bobby set natasha and ron up even though he didn’t. ari then saw bobby at the comedy store and confronted him. bobby kept saying “can i just say one thing” with a smirk on his face which sent ari into a fit of rage and he hit bobby when he wasn’t looking and then proceeded to kick him in his face while he was down. bobby asked natasha to call ari and let him know that he didn’t set her and ron up, she refused. the next week ari strangled bobby because he wanted the money bobby owed him and then the week after that he superman punched bobby from behind because he thought bobby got him fired from a job he auditioned for, which bobby didn’t do. ari then got banned from the comedy store for a week. months later ari saw natasha at the comedy store and threw a glass of water in her face. there’s lots of little details i left out but this is the overall gist of the story.

@cynical i appreciate you taking the time to write all that out,so thank you. What a shame though on how all that played out. There's not much worse than bein accused of something you didn't do especially when catching a beating for it. Although I could easily see Bobby repeatedly saying "Can I just say one thing" in a way that would make me want to deck him.

@MrGpt2010 To play the Devil's Advocate, we don't know him personally like Bert does. From what comedians say about him the Show Ari and the Real/Private Ari are wildly different. EDIT to say he is still a criminal. Not arguing on his behalf there.

Because he's playing to his crowd by placating the friend group to accept the psychotic idiots of the group's actions. Everythings funny and a bit... so it's OK.
