Wow Cesar Milan finally landed in Konoha Wakwakanda. He has to realize this konoha country allows dog meat trade. how would he educate people? I used to be dog rescuer and volunteer in one of the most famous shelter back i 2009-2010. but I stopped cause it was heartbreaking to see how the people of Konoha treated dogs as if they're not created by the same God/Allah who creted human beings. after that I only rescued or foster dogs that within my reach. I dont have preference over the breeds all dogs are the same they deserve to live good life. i my self have mongrels, mix and pure bred for years. having dogs means lifetime commitment to take care of them till the day they depart the earth.
