What can I say...I like making coffee tables :)
Steel is 5mm thick, end straps 3mm. Table top is 40 mm Maple finished with Danish Oil. At the time of the video I applied 5 coats of oil with about 8 hours drying between coats. I would like to apply more in the coming days to get the sheen up a bit more. The maple has beautiful curls in the grain. The steel is finished in Gloss Acrylic.
