I shoot J S B Jumbo 15,89 gr through my R 12. I've also had good groupings with Accupell 14,3 gr. The R 12 doesn't seem to be pellet picky either. I tried H+N field target trophy 14,66 gr as well and they weren't bad . Good review thanks
@@allthingsag938 I once owned a bsa ultra it was one of the best mid priced rifles I ever had. The R 12 is a good addition to my collection. Shoot it if you get the chance, I think you'll like it.
Interesting stuff nice shooting , have you got the link , or model number of your bipod please , I have the R10 carbine and am looking for a decent bipod ?
Hi Barry, mines .22 and it shoots well with the 13 grains and 15.89 graines. Best idea would be to get a sample pack and run a magazine of each down the range and check groups and se if it does have a preference.
I’ve had one: solid rifle - bit of a tank, but a complete tac driver! - I’d wait until they release a sideleaver model - can’t be long now (if BSA what to join the rest of us in the 21st century) I’d go AAS510r of you can’t wait.
