Purchased a 2021 AF 27-5L in late 2020, originally had 2 minor issues solved in minutes. We're in northern Canada & typically average 30 nights out of the season & not 1 issue since. In the past had so many issues with other manufacturers. These are well built & well constructed, walk into some other units & open the cupboards or drawers, enough said. A solid rv, very pleased with my purchase. I find Northwood does very little advertising, at least in my neck of the woods. Although there are 3 dealers within a resonable driving distance, I have yet to see a AF at one of the local RV shows. I drove 10 hours for my purchase, hitched up & drove home. Cheers
We love them and if we were buying we would more than likely bring one home. I wish they would update interior colors. Thanks for watching and enjoy your AF
I have an 18 29-5T. Love it. An excellent couples RV made for RVers that travel. There are electrical connections, 120v and USB connections on either side of the bed, near the floor. Thus far, I've not hat a single issue, no warranty work or tech required. These are heavy, recommend a dually. This is an extremely well insulated RV. There are people that live full time in this brand of RVs in Canada.
I have been doing my do diligence, I think the Arctic Fox has the best value in fifth wheels today today, they are really well built. There chassis are built by Northwood manufacturing and tested by a private party for strength and quality. Nice to hear the other comment from owners. Arctic Fox is on my radar screen for my next fifth wheel.
I have a 29V. I have had it for 12YRS. incredible trailer. Well build, great quality trailer. I have taken my trailer on rough roads and boondocked in the mountains here in Alberta. I have averaged 30 nights per year. I am also looking at a 29-5T to replace my current trailer.
I’ve had three class a motorhomes 27’ Rockwood, 34’ Winnebago, 43’ Country Coach, one 38’ Keystone Sprinter bumper pull and now a Artic Fox 27-5L fifth wheel with Anderson Ultimate hitch and by far the best built of all without a doubt ! 😊
When I was shopping for my first trailer I went straight for an arctic fox I bought a 2008 silver fox 26x it is solidly built at 10,500 pound and 1000 pound tongue weight. Everything works perfectly. My dad has been through 2 other brand trailers with so many issues I will only own arctic fox if possible.
Really enjoyed your review. Next time get on the roof and you missed the outstanding suspension these things come with. Keep makes videos, love the no nonsense approach.
Sorry I didn’t get on the roof. Did not have permission from the dealer so I didn’t want to put them into a violation of trust situation. We appreciate the kind words. We try to keep away from nonsense.
Best trailers built...electrical outlets in bedroom are on both sides of the bed next to the nightstands. We have a 2019 special order 29 -5K. Our prior trailer was a 2004 Artic Fox 29V travel trailer. We would NEVER buy a trailer without the AF's off road, made in house chassis. Bad roads destroy other frames.
