4 medium size boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tablespoon chilli flakes or to taste
2 chopped green chillies or to taste
1 teaspoon mango powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup rice flour
2 teaspoon besan (garbanzo flour)
coriander leaves
salt to taste
Olive oil

Preparation Method

Take 4 medium size boiled and mashed potatoes and add 4 medium size boiled and mashed potatoes ,1 tablespoon chilli flakes or to taste,2 chopped green chillies or to taste,1 teaspoon mango powder ,1/2 teaspoon black pepper,1/4 cup rice flour ,2 teaspoon besan (garbanzo flour),coriander leaves , salt to taste . Mix all well. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 205 degree c. Then apply olive oil in cosori air fryer basket. Then set cosori air fryer for 15 to 18 minutes at 200 degree c. After approx 8 minutes, apply olive oil on both the sides of cutlet. Keep on flipping in between the cooking. Once ready take this out.
