For the first purifier the instructions state cleaning the filter I would rather just replace it since it's for our baby. Also our baby room measures 20x20x20 so will one due or should we order two? They cost about 100 usd so not an expense issue.
Ordered two this week will get back to you guys how it goes. Very excited. Going to try one and keep other for when baby comes. You can find this model for about 100 to 129 USD.
We really like the Molekule models but they are pricy. BlueAir is less favorable and more overpriced in our opinion. If you're looking for something more affordable - this one is comparable and much less $ amzn.to/3BoTY3c
What is the difference between the Hepa filter and True Hepa filter? If we want a total Air purified machine to kill either the viruses and the bacteria, it will be enough to have one with UVC lamp or I need to buy one with UVC and ozone? If I am out when the ozone lamp is on, does the air purifier helps to dissipate the ozone smell faster instead of waiting another 40 min before I enter in the room? I would like to have a Complete Air purified to clean the air, to treat the allergies, to remove the mould, bad odours, dust, to kill the viruses and bacteria, but not to damage the eyes, the skin and the lungs.
We do not recommend that you buy an air purifier that produces ozone, especially if children or babies are present in the home. If you want a total air purifier, then you want one with a True HEPA filter, Activated Carbon filter, and Ultraviolet Light. An Ionizer is optional, but it is not good to have turned on around babies and children. The difference between a HEPA filter and True HEPA filter is that the True HEPA filter is the only one certified to remove 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns in size. If the HEPA filter doesn't have the word True attached to it then there is no standard that is must meet. For example, a HEPA filter might only capture particles as small as 2 or 5 microns in size, a 500 to 1,500% decrease in efficiency.
