Bought the 2 films on DVD so I can get a “fix” every now and then. Nothing ever came close, and fond memories of watching with my Dad. Nice channel mate 👍
In the case of the bbc, it got taken over by the left, now it's all "comedy" panel shows, staffed entirely by lefty bullshit merchant "comedians" biased news reporting and other such lefty horseshit...!
thanks for sharing. I was on my out to my mother's n fathas in the early 80s when the first one came on the telly about 8.00. I loved it and was late. fan ever since.
Love love love etc etc 💝 💝 💝 💝 💝 💝 💝 💝 Fantastic great memories and legends thankyou to all the lads and the ones who aren't now with us Your name is still strong xxxxxxxxxxxxx
With or without fava beans, a classic, but the first two series were by far the best. Still series 3 had some great moments like these, just the plot was a bit far fetched.
It felt a bit desperate in the last season (if you can call it a season) and Cuba wasn't as good as it could have been but I feel Middlesbrough/Arizona was a really good one and better than some of the Season One episodes.
Check out the description, there you'll find your answer. (If you can't be bothered, I'm referring to the little part where the uploader details specifically that it's best moments "from series 3." - see what happened there? See how sometimes the briefest spell of basic research, can prevent any amount of ill-informed commenting...!?)
big fan of the original series but this just felt contrived and false.Rather then let the comedy flow naturally from the characters and banter, they felt they had to drum some laughs out of situations that didn't ring true in the slightest. Oz, arguably one of our greatest comedy creations has morphed, in the intervening years, into some slick Geordie caricature of James Bond.
@@fionawatson1838 the Venue wasnt a gay club it was a rave and i know the bloke who owned it and i also know who burned it down it was an insurance job.
@@howey935 yeah it was a rave club I used to go on a Friday night come home about 6 in the morning stoned off my head still got my yellow membership from somewhere I was 23 at the time christ that takes me back
@@fionawatson1838 it was only open on Saturday night's you must of got your nights mixed up. Easy to do especially when you take into account it was an alcohol free club and it wasn't the ridiculously expensive water that kept everyone dancing all night lol.
Totally. Unrealistic story lines, Wyman being Wayne's son by that black woman. Wayne HAD a son in the second series with Christa. They should have found a way of introducing him into the story. Jimmy Nail became an egotistical pain in the arse too. He wanted to dominate the scenes, have all the best lines, direct................
Absolute bollocks! Ridiculous thing to say! Bat on behalf of the late, great and much missed Gary Holton by all means, but THIS show...? Not funny...? You're talking pish, man!!!
@@michaelrawson6261 you are too over protective . Magnificent series but you seem in denial that the first 2 series were a million times better than anything that followed . It just was not the same after quo vadis pet
