Frank’s very calm and eloquent delivery of the description regarding the immense amount of pain they were undergoing, contrasted to the panicked gasps and frantic movements of Satoshi was something else entirely 😅

OMG! the footage at the end made me cry for both Satoshi and Frank, I can't even begin to imagine how spicy that bowl of ramen was. But on a happier note, the rest of the video was so amazing, I love ramen and all I want is a good bowl of those beautiful noodles now! I just love your food videos, and the ramen ones are epic, thank you for sharing, it was amazing, can't wait for the next ramen video, bye for now.

I'm loving the new music and graphics ("Shinichi, Definitely not a Morning Person" - LOL), and so fun using my PSVR to enjoy the nice clear close ups of those delicious bowls (the Wonton Mein looked Fantastic!). I have to ask, what is the point of having food so spicy your ears start smoking? Can anyone actually sit down and eat one of those bowls of Hellfire? Hey Satoshi, water makes it WORSE dude, you need some kind of bread to drag that heat off of your tongue, even better than using milk.... you poor thing, hope you recover!!

I have so much love for this episode! Another great ramen tour!! Spicy eater's tip: Powdered dairy creamer works really well for curing capsaicin burns. It must be dairy since non-dairy doesn't work.

I did the same challenge years ago when a Thai friend made his restaurant’s hottest Thai dish. I thought I was going to die!!!! I was on fire. Fortunately, we had milk on hand and it does go a long way towards lessening the burn. Great video.

Hello Shinichi, Satoshi, and Frank, too! I am really enjoying these Ramen Tour videos. There is something about eating noodles that is basically fun, isn't it? I think the third place you visited this time looked the best. As for the extra-spicy ramen, that just looked like torture! Oh my heavens! Why do restaurants make things like this? Can anyone actually enjoy it? I hope Satoshi and Frank ultimately recovered okay. Next time, maybe you need to carry emergency Yakult or milk with you. LOL Sending good wishes your way. :-)

LMAO, Poor Satochi had steam coming out of his ears and his fingers were tightening up, glasses were falling down nose from sweat and then he goes in for more. Franks voice is made for entertainment, what a great variety of Ramen, I only had standard Ramen in Japan, would love to try great Ramen. Tell Satoshi spice is great for hair stimulation lol, but seriously dairy not water. Thanks for pick me up, had a medical for court today so watching Satoshi suffer strangely made me feel better. Have you guys gone to that Ramen place in Tokyo where you have to collect a ticket hours in advance&famous for dipping Ramen? Food bucket list, thanks guys

Just the reaction on Frank and Brother Satoshi’s faces......My gosh! I felt so bad for both of them!
