The very first place I went to for my town. Straight away I knew it would be a good spot. Close to towns, mostly flat, lots of wood and much more! Also great scenery.

Yeah it sure does tick alot of boxs. The only downsides I can think of is no fish but there not to far away. An can you wash in that lake?

@DeanNutz Unfortunately no fish nearby. The water is too shallow in the lake. I tried to use the waterfull but it didn't work haha, have to build washtubs as soon as you can.

I like this spot. My house is about where this one is... have the next size down. I have found that the 10x10 fields fit the best. I have 4 fields where I rotate flax/rye, 2 fields for Wheat - one summer, one fall... one oat field which is used strictly for animal feed and the oat rolls for me. Going past the ruined house... you can find a patch of clay. Here I have my lumberjack, craftsman and 2 miners working from the excavation hut getting limestone, straw and clay. Its a good village... developers can make a few changes and make this better.

Cool spot. I've seen plenty of people build there, but this is the first video I came across with your advanced decorations and buildings. Perhaps I'll move my town there. Still debating if I'm in the right spot.

I have a couple saves going. Each with a different coop partner. One we built west of Piastovia, one is north of Piastovia by the large rock intersection, and the last is northeast of Piastovia by the mine. The last one is my most active, and I'm starting to do a 2 village approach. Moving my farm fields to the flat areas north of Piastovia, production buildings more north, and create a central village hub by the rock, then leave the mine as it is, with a couple workers to be a "mining hub". I'm surprised that between the 2 areas, the villagers do wonder that far. Just started 2 months ago and learning about the limits in the game. Having connected storage houses makes it so possible to test builds anywhere!

@nickcortes9390 sounds good. I see that rock has a few vear spawns but I also noticed there was one near my village once you build I think it blocks the animal spawns

just started sunday. we built south of there for starter. i ran out of reeds went huntin for more. found that area. i was like yeah i reather build here. way more flat, and room, cave that wasnt on the map of caves.

I love this spot. It has everything near by except for fishing, and Im not sure about the clay deposits. Also I am not sure but I'm sure that if you just leave your villagers to do the excavating ... clay , mines etc. you shouldnt run out of resources. Did you find clay and fish nearby?

. This is better. Same spot I choose after scouting all the map. IRL that river side is logically speaking is easily to got get flooded and all your crops will be devastated. More like village, while this one has the potential to be a city.
