Welcome to the Kenai Peninsula; some of the best things to do in Alaska with little children or kids are boat tours. On day one, head out from Homer, Alaska, where you can enjoy a beautiful boat trip and have lunch in the picturesque Halibut Cove. Thank you for taking us on your two boat trips! I've been to Alaska twice and your sighting of those orcas was the first time I saw them! It's also such a treat to see how big the kiddoes are getting, Harrison is talking up a storm and little Blakely is getting so big and she sure does look like she's starting to teeth! And as usual the scenery is just phenomenal, I absolutely LOVE Alaska, been there twice and would go back again in a heartbeat! Happy Father’s Day Blake! 🥩That was a gorgeous video! Amazing views off the boat and loved the Whale 🐳! Mountains in the background with snow on the top! Now I see why my husband wants to go! The descent into town from the Welcome To Homer sign is on of the most beautiful drives anywhere. Have you all visited the Wildlife Refuge Center (Islands & Ocean) yet? Admission is free for all. Harrison would love the interactive stations. Behind the building is a short, well maintained, stroller friendly trial through trees that winds down to beach. Two Sisters bakery is at bottom of trial. A must stop.They have a large sandbox with toys for children to play in while adults enjoy a beverage etc.. Another good place with walkable trials is behind the Pratt Museum. All very accessible. If you continue out of Homer down Wast End road there are spectacular views as well. Next Saturday & Sunday temps there are in high 60's!!!
