That’s a great question. I don’t have a sub for you but it would probably be just fine if you leave it off. You could sprinkle the top with cinnamon when it comes out of the oven for presentation but in the end, the beauty is really on the other side. If you try it, you’ll have to let me know how it turns out for you.
