Cindy I hope you get a chance to make them! I've been cooking more with ground beef lately because my husband does prefer it over ground turkey. You'll have to let me know which one you like the best!
I have not tried it specifically with this recipe but yes, you can substitute with flour you'll just want to use more flour. Probably 5-6 tablespoons.. Hope that helps!
