awesome. I just bought a heater last week and was thinking boy it would be nice to warm something up to eat or cook up a dog or two. Didn't realize it was just that simple. lol
Just a warning if you drip any grease on the ceramic part of the heater you will compromise the catalytic part of the heater and it will begin to emit carbon monoxide. The Buddy heater cost 70 to 100 plus bucks. A single burner propane cook top will cost 20 dollars or less.
Like your idea,Although having something that hangs off the guard straight out 1-would give you more surface, but 2- keep any water, grease, etc from falling/getting on the burner element or heater period.
Yes Thats why I use a support for heavier items but I did not show in the vid. Thanks so much for your comment PLEASE no one cook grease on it like this.
This works great yes but was cooking hot dogs and smelt something burning well she got a little hot and melted the plastic right beside where it hooks in
If I'm not mistaken, soup cans shouldn't be cooked in because they are plastic lined. That releases an estrogen mimicking chemical that is unhealthy. Good health to you.
