Just watched your video. Great info.i bought the minis last year and put a amsteel rope mod on them.love them.great sticks for the price. I just purchased 4 20 inch beast sticks. Yes I upgraded to a premium stick this upcoming season. But I'm not ever getting rid of my hawks.ill use them for short walk hunts.i totally agree with you.they are the best budget friendly stick on the market.love your videos.
3 regular length sticks weigh the same as 4 minis, and personally my opinion...Regular length sticks are safer because the length gives them some stiffness like they don't flip sideways at least for me
I’ve been hunting with the shorter length sticks for years and never had a “kick-out” I don’t care as much about weight as I do packability. With the short stick no matter my carrying method the stick barely, if any extend past my body profile. This allows me to slip in and out of the woods without hanging on everything above my head or to my sides because I’m not changing my natural profile. I personally use an aider and only 3 sticks witch shaves weight, reduces my profile, and ultimately reduces noise. These are my main reasons for the shorter length sticks! Thanks for watching!
