In today's episode we continue our series dedicated to our fellow beginner hikers and backpackers. In this video we want to share a Beginner Hiker Clothing and Shoes List from Decathlon. We are going to cover clothing and shoes both for men and women and narrow your choices down to the items that we tested and they proved to be comfortable and good quality. We've been using Decathlon store for more than 6 years now and when we were beginners we bought everything there. But we also vividly remember being intimidated and overwhelmed by many choices available on the market so we know well that there may be certain difficulties when you are starting out.

Сложно сказать что я "не" покупал в Декатлоне, потому что я купил по моему почти всю одежду и снаряжение что у них есть 😁 но могу отметить самые успешные и удачные покупки за 6 лет существования израильского филиала: 1) Кожаные крекинговые ботинки Trek 900 V2. Это очень тяжёлая, несгибаемая обувь для самой серьёзной категории походов. Я использую её в каменистой пустыне, где крайне острые камни и в зимних холодных походах. 2) Кожаные кроссовки сандалии NH 150 Fresh. Эту обувь я использую для жаркой пустыни, когда температура за 40°C и надо идти через ручьи. 3) Кроссовки NH 500 Fresh для летних походов в очень жаркую погоду. Условия которые они выдерживали в течении 2 лет каждодневной носки просто не поддаются логике. Я шёл в них по воде, потом через острые камни скалистой пустыни, потом по песку, потом ещё приходил домой мыл их, сушил их ночь и на след. день ходил в них весь день по городу. Они совершенно неубиваемые. У них протёрлась дырка по подошве, но не порвалась сетка! 4) Софтшелл MT 900. Этой тонкой куртке уже 3 года, я эксплуатировал её в самых сложных условиях скалистой пустыни, местность похожая на поверхность Марса и она через 3 года выглядит как новая, хотя я буквально скользил на ней по спускам желобов скалистых рек и всё ровно она выглядит как новая. 5) Брюки для горных походов MT 900, это одна из самых удачных покупок. Неубиваемые и крайне удобные. 6) Рубашка для пустынного трекинга Desert 500. Длинные концы рукавов, высокий воротник, сетка. 7) Кепка-маска Desert 500. Рубашку и кепку я обычно мочу в воде что бы было прохладней, к сожалению ткань этой серии снаряжения сольно защищена от UV излучения и очень плохо продувается, поэтому надо мочить её для отвода тепла тела и головы. 8) Носки из шерсти мериноса. Даже для пустыни. Даже для самой жаркой погоды. Это самая удачная покупка в Декатлоне. У меня накопилось 8 пар. Опять же они неубиваемые и дольше не пахнут. 9) Футболки из серии NH 500 Fresh. Это крайне тонкая, лёгкая и дышащая ткань. Буквально невесомая. 10) Мериносовые шапки, шарфы, подштанники я очень люблю, они тонкие и хорошо терморегулируют в холодную погоду во время физической нагрузки. Но не одежда на верх тела, потому что для меня шерсть колется.

Ого, вот это впечатляющий список снаряжения! Было бы интересно посмотреть ваш обзор этих вещей:) Многие из них мы не пробовали, такие как обувь которую вы написали. Линейку вещей из шерсти Мерино мы бы хотели в скором времени испытать, до этого у нас были только футболки. Рубашка кстати у нас тоже есть Desert 500 но как-то мало используется, возможно по причине которую вы указали. Спасибо за развернутый комментарий, очень информативно👍🏻

It is weary good video! I wear decathlon’s clothes more then 5 year’s. Это в среднем качество выше среднего а часто и много выше среднего за цену нередко ниже средней. Смотрю с удовольствием!

We took notes for about all clothing and also sunglasses and cap and ofcourse also the shoes. We know in Spain , Platja d'Aro is a big Decathlon and in september we leave for Argeles sur mer so we can visit the store and see what we can use...Thank you again for this very usefull video ❤❤

I've gone with Marino wool Tee shirts & Underwear , plus running shorts all from Decathlon. Socks in Marino wool as well ! Hiking long trousers from Jack wolf skin... Did you try the Decathlon Marino wool Tee shirts ?

Yes, their Merino T Shirts are great, we have a couple of them. They are not necessarily budget. Have yet to try other Merino products they have. Thanks for sharing your experience!

My waist is 34 inches but on mt100 pants its not available should i order 32 or 36 inch which will better fot me sir plese guide with your opinion

Hi, usually if in doubts it is better to go with slightly bigger size pants to avois discomfort. Of course nothing can compare to actually trying them on in the store yourself. Also they usually have the which size fits you help on the website where you add your details and they will advice you on the size that should work.

Sir and mam I am confused between mt100 pants and mh500 which one is better (men)

They are both great pants and it is better to try them out in store if you can to see what works for you. But we have tested the MT100 pants on many hikes and did a lot of trips in them with no problems at all, they are comfortable and light. The MH500 line has more strechy fabric and has more features liek pockets etc. but we personally prefer a more basic model.
