Great video, honestly the best feature is the hockey puck with the ability to control the bass. Without having to turn a physical knob on the sub itself which is never convenient since most likely be under your desk.
One thing to note is that the fast forward, rewind, etc clicks only work apparently with Bluetooth. Using the 3.5 jack you don't have any control other than pause and play. Also, for $75 the sound is pretty good but the sub is pretty weak. If you like listening to music louder on your PC I would definitely suggest a higher quality setup, even one that costs $25 more. My old setup sounded way better but the puck control was wired and really really sucked because it would never sit where I wanted it, plus it used an odd plug in to the sub which never connected right and crackled a bunch sometimes. (Cyber Acoustics) The Logi setup with the silicone feel wires, EASY connection points on the sub, and wireless puck is a huge plus.
Was at wally world today, found ProMedia 2.1 Bluetooth Computer Speakers for under 100$ was going to grab them. I didn't, wanted to come home to see the reviews. They sound good. But, I'm interested in these as well. Kinda want no wire setup!
Pros. Sound is pretty clean but can be better. It`s loud enough. wires are long enough for desktop use. the wireless volume control is nice for convenience. It has bluetooth. Cons. the left and right audio swaps after loadshedding or when your houses power trips and comes back on. The volume control needs batteries and they drain to fast imo. The bluetooth audio is delayed. this is noticable even when adjusting your volume and makes it harder to adjust your volume. IT doesn`t display how loud it is so there is no way of knowing what level the volume is on since the volume control can spin in any direction forever. IT makes loud nouse when turned on. Which again is annoying since we have power outtages every day here every night it makes noise when the power comes back on.
I intend to put the speakers on a sit-stand desk and the subwoofer on the floor. If the desk is at a standing height are the cables long enough to reach the floor?
I have these speakers and headphones dont work with them. I connected speakers via usb port to PC and I plugged in headphones through the aux port in the back of the subwoofer and doesnt work. I selected from the puck white light and sound plays through speakers but when I select purple light , no sound comes from headphones. There’s no other input device to select on my pc either,.I am at a loss. If anyone knows the solution I would be grateful.
so can u technically connect this speaker to your phone, then switch to 3.5mm headphone jack when you need pc noise? (if the jack was already plugged in the first place)
Just ordered these on Amazon. To anybody who owns these speaker, how would they perform as a "home theater" audio system? for movies and such in a small living room. thoughts?
the subwoofer didn't produce so much sound right? because I have this one but it dont really produce much ssound , or mine was broken, need to confirm that
