I have a specific use case question, can you have both the trs and rca inputs connected to different sources and will it switch between the 2 depending on what is feeding info to the speakers. For example ( tv plugged into rca, and pc plugged into trs ) and whichever one may be on and sending audio, will come thru the speaker at that time ? This is a solution for me being able to use one pair of speakers for either my pc or tv whichever may be on and running.
Where I live E5 are 2.5x the price of MR4 so it isn't a fair test. They are probably better but I have no idea by how much, if they're worth 2.5x the price or not.
A 4” monitor no matter what brand you go with still isn’t going to give you the whole sound. If you’re going to save up, go with the Yamaha HS5 or Adam Audio T5V and pair that with a powered sub. These MR4s are decent and they have the 2 modes which is kind of nice for testing your mix through the different modes. You could go with the MR4 and then save up for something like the Adam Audio T10 powered sub. Pair them together and you should be good until your budget allows for something bigger. You can swap out the more affordable MR4s and still keep the powered sub.
Studio subwoofers have inputs and outputs on them. So you would go out from your audio interface into the subwoofer inputs and then from the subwoofer outputs you would go into the MR4 inputs.
@@AudioTechTV Thank you, I'm confused Someone from some review told me there isn''t a subout here so no subs can be paired with this. What do you think?
