Until your cookie sheet is full of cookies. We found when testing that the cookie dough sticks to the press. Keep the press solidly against the cookie sheet when you click. The cookie should release easily once you have the technique down. Makes cookies so fast. So easy to use once you learn how. Definitely love it. We have too many cookies around the house now!
