Incredible video. You are the first one, who created "bravery" and "high level gamer" tiers, and they are way more reliable sourse than D tier, cuz D tier sounds like a humiliation to careers
Also another great thing about hunstman is if you are running scrounger on his bow you'll never run out of ammo. I ran crit chance along with scounger for a while and i dont think i ran out of ammo once
You can also run Conversative Shooter on the the bow which stacks with your passive meaning if you get a headshot it doesn't use any ammo plus restocks you one also
I only played this game very recently and ive been a warhammer fan for years. I bought all the dlc from the get go and immediately went outcast engineer for my first choice because heavy gun goes brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I'm a Pyromain. I'll stay a Pyromain until I find a reason not to be one, but Im doing great so far. Glad I started playing it, before hearing bad reviews about it, otherwise I might have not even given it a chance
Both the characters i wanted to play (Bardin and Kruber) were mained by my friends so i chose Saltz with Warrior Priest and it was night and day to his other classes. I can clutch save, horde clear, special kill and have amazing survivability while healing was just too good for me to pass up. Damage is king it seems for the majority of Legend/Cataclysm but a support is always needed when things go south. Warrior Priest deserves S Tier even if he lacks great boss damage according to some people.
Heck yeah he’s S tier all day. The ability to heal the team, give everyone more health, more stagger are just so good at keeping the treatment in the fight
How do you special kill with him? I love the all melee classes but not being able to snipe specials bugs me. Plus his monster dmg can be quite bad. Otherwise he’s absolutely amazing and so so fun
@@agedgouda8809 I go with both Flail and Shield and Two handed Hammer, depending on the special I'd recommend using the two hander to get headshots on chaos warriors. Light them on the head instead of going for charge attacks and they fall really fast, you can use your flail and shield heavy attacks for Storm Vermin just like you would stagger a horde or use your two hander again if you feel confident but storm Vermin always have adds with them so I use flail instead to stagger lock them with the horde. For Berserkers always stay on the defensive and once they finish their combo you can attack with the two hander or keep aggro for your teammates to rip them apart. It all comes down to you landing light headshots with the Two handed and everything just collapses, ranged specials like rattling gunners will be tough to deal with so having a ranged will benefit you. As for bosses you suffer in damage but you make up for it for team synergy, if you ult a DPS melee like Kerillian or anyone that can deal extreme damage they can focus on doing just that and not worry about dodging or blocking attacks etc.
I assume he means it in the sense that his ult makes you immune to anything a special can do to you so you can just pop it when you spot them, run them down and give their heads the Sigmar treatment
Just picked up the game earlier in the week. I started on a grail knight and I’ve been enjoying it. Just got level 15 and tried veteran yesterday. The game is cool.
pretty based, but BH defs a little higher. Him with rapier is a lot more of a cake walk compared to the other two high level careers. Stunlocking big targets is a pretty useful tool even on more hectic modded difficulties compared to the cranky and funnyskull.
I was running a legend mission yesterday and was playing ironbreaker with great hammer , had grailknight on team with maiden and zealot . Zealot was running the wholr game with 1-5 hp and at the end we all had 10-12K total dmg , while he had 23k . Bonkers class , rly fun and rewarding if played right
solid list, I would bump slayer to A tier personally. He has a very high skill ceiling as he is very dependent on having good fundamental play and situational awareness. Piloted by a good player he basically turns into a GK with better mobility, which makes him a sleeper pick for hard carrying legend/cata pugs IMO. Honestly main reason why I wouldnt consider him S is because GK exists lol, strength pot talent + concoction lets you obliterate anything in front of you even crazy shit like 20 plague monks on cata if you're running bret LS and heavy spam
I enjoy at least one career in each character. I've spent some time in Huntsman/Foot Knight, Ironbreaker/Slayer/Outcast, Shade, Bounty Hunter/Warrior Priest and all of Sienna's. As much as I like them all... I am so significantly better at playing Shade than I am at any other class. Difference is wild.
@@kryptkick441 Using her ult to protect or revive teammates, having a backup shooter for elites/specials in case the dedicated guy misses his shot or is busy, more damage on monsters without getting sent flying (I'm bad at the dash/dodge dance) and more damage in killing mobs. Spear, glaive, Greatsword, volley crossbow, moon fire, longbow... Share just makes sense to me.
@@kryptkick441 Nope WS is dirty and covered in bugs from living in a bush her whole life. HM is pristine and has insane stamina regen for regular 'true duo'. Also 1H sword is superior to S&S
The characters you’ve put under high level gamer is kinda funny, since they are the only real character being used by me and my buddies currently. Me of course mostly and the last 2-33 years having played the outcast engineer only
Interesting video but huntsman should be in high risk high reward more than the waystalker, unless we speak of someone running waystalker with piercing shoot, but normal waystalker build is less risk reward than huntsman.
Outcast engineer is one of my favorite utility careers... That being because the upgraded BOMBS. horde? Fire bomb that won't hurt friendlies. Monster /chaos warrior? Blackpowder bomb. I get those things for every I don't know how many rounds fired but I always feel like I have 2 to 3 bombs exactly when I need them just because I'm shooting rats a lot 😂
Swap huntsman for bountyhunter. You said it yourself, high level gamer. All huntsman do in my parties is try to solo everything and dying because of it. Me included!
just started playing today and man me and this markus went off i used my ability that makes you or someone else invincible for 5 seconds dude was a beast
Pyromancer is a very reliable support, special seeker, unlimited ammo, with the flaming Mace elites are 2 shot and 50% crit makes crowd clearing ez. Minimal ff woth conflagration.
Iron Breaker totally deserves S tier he's a total Gigachad and mows through hordes with ease and unscathed if he's using his 10 second invincible skill. I love him. Edit: after maining Iron Breaker so much I bought the Outcast Engineer and so long I'm loving to play with him, started doing some legends and he's very good as long as you position correctly and pay attention not to get crowded, also don't 1v1 big dudes if your Engi gun ain't full.
At first I was confused then I released most players don't engage with modded Peregrinaje: Misfortunes / onslaught deathwish cata III which a lot of the older Verm2 player base stick too... Kind of makes sense of a tier list of base game and really great to see a young Aussie content creator sink his teeth into the game and push videos out!! Subscribed and keen to see more!
@@ShinoMachidaa little late! But better late than ever. Pere is a mod made for the Chaos Wastes in modded realm. It ramps the gameplay up x10, new and wacky boons, more money all weapons on all classes and a extended map as well as other dumbs shit
Definitely not! The devs did a great job at making the other classes very strong. Shade, Unchained, Zealot, Witch Hunter Captain, ranger verteran, etc..
Foot Knight is the best class in the game, who needs damage when you can bully anything out of attacking you with infinite stagger? Chaos Warriors trying to overhead you? Push them out of it. Boss fighting you? Charge it off a ledge. Horde? Counter Punch means you just get full THP. Specials? Handgun. Need to block? 80% BCR. Horde harassing your friends? Not once you throw them to the ground. Boss aggros onto your boss killer? Not when you stagger it. Horde attacking with a boss? Push them all back. Plus he has that glorious mustache. Also if he's near Handmaiden, he's damn near invincible due to the stamina regen making blocks and pushes basically free.
Footknight gets a hard time in the DPS department but you can easily out damage non god tier players if running a speed and M&S build further proving he is epic
@kryptkick441 who needs damage when you can be the shadow carry your team wipes without? Let them think they're great, but also make them need you there to play 😈😈😈
I should probably add to anyone reading who doesn't understand what cheers means, it means thank you. By saying "No, thank you" I am showing gratitude and I am not just casually dismissing this man's comment
@@kryptkick441 lmao I know the clarification wasn’t for my sake, but I never felt dismissed😅 this is hilarious. (Liked twice since my phone was signed into the wrong Google account💀)
Build diversity on Unchained doesn't exist? lol, I just did a run where I played Unchained with a crit power dagger on the Twins weekly. 41k damage. Of course, it might also have to do with the fact that I managed to build to 120% melee power and 60% ranged power. I also took 3k damage. On purpose. The amount of uptime I had on power was ridiculous. Abandon is king on that line, that's for sure.
As unchained I just run mace/fireball 24/7. The flail was too much of a snoozefest when I finally got around to trying sienna. Fireball of course evaporates non elites. With Mace its push->heavy chains for mobs, double tap light->block cancel for elites and heavy 1->block cancel for super heavies. Most of this doesn't really benefit from attack speed so slap opportunist on it and you can stagger most at higher overcharge.
@Zedgo99 I can definitely see that being a good time. I've never been a huge fan of Fireball on Unchained. It's too easy to accidentally overheat while spamming it.
bounty hunter is the best support class IMO it takes good aim to use him properly but once you start instantly one shotting all specials and elite enemies he really pulls through especially in the higher difficulties. i have 140 hours on vermintide 2 and they're all on the bounty hunter
100% agree using a crossbow and his 100% range crit lets him oneshot bodyshot every elite, special on legend. This makes him get to his 30% damage reduce very fast and he becomes quite tanky, alngside rapier and alt fire that also works for hit 100% crit lets him deal with beresekers better than anyone. He is a high skill carrier if you got aim and awareness of special and elites you can make it so that the whole team doesn't have to deal with any of those enemys. You just need 1 thing the team to focus on the horde and just signal an elite here and there so you can just one shot it. Also he doesn't have a problem with ammo just put prefix on him on crit to regen ammo and bam chances are you are never gonna go out of ammo ever since every 6 sec you get some back when you kill a target.
I was surprised by the first pick. The engineer is like a steamroller :D Spam bombs out of thin air, almost takes half the monster's HP in one cannon turn, heals quickly through stagger hits. Overall a very simple class :D But yeah, survivability is questionable sometimes :D
Very acertive tierlist. Its 100% truth congrats man. I play for 500hours and i have the best results and enjoyement with Sister of Torn, Handmaiden, GrailKnight, Bardin Slayer, WarriorPriest, WHC. I try to be first place every time, the only careers that sometimes take part of my green circles or all of them are bounty hunter, kerillians in general exept of shade, ranger veteran, slayer, GK. I almost never see a WHC, Mercenary and Battle Wizzard taking my first place in green circles. Best Team in my opinion: GrailKnight, WarriorPriest, Slayer(or RangerVeteran) and Sister of Torn(or Handamaiden)
@@kryptkick441 pyro with coruscation staff + heatsink trait (reduce overload on crit) and full critchance build ....you can spam those patches all over and you will have almost everytime all the green circles haha. Dont forget to take THP on ult, so your spirit casting talent will always be up for a nice extra 10% critchance. Furthermore THP on ult will allow you to vent a lot for even more burning patches :D. For more mobility take dagger, its a good weapon with nice stagger on heavy 1 and has great thp regen with thp on cleave.
@@Luthyen funny is that i dont see no 1 getting good with siena, yestarday at my last game before sleep i did 669 kills and 19k damage with grail knight and its not even my top score, my max is like 29k damage with grail knight on legend(there are no lobbys for cata). With warrior priest i do less kills maximum 450-500 but i feel unkillable cause of his tanky weapons
Mercenary is a chad, but On Your Feet Mates! Is a total noob trap. Unless youre playing with a coordinated team, youll just res them straight into getting hit with another attack. The cooldown reduction talent on the same row does a lot more to stop people going down in the first place.
I some what agree but I wouldn't call it a noob trap . I actually think Walk it Off is the best on the tier. combined with Blade Barrier you get 50% and can basically hit trade to get your ult back quicker than with the CDR one plus your giving everyone 25% DR for 10 seconds also. If you have a Zealot running Amour of Faith they basically become unkillable
When it comes to clutching, handmaiden far outclasses foot knight. The day FK learns to dodge through enemies and go invis every 15 seconds is the day i'll put him in S tier.
@@kryptkick441 i think CW is heart of vermintide, beacuse you don't need red gear or high roll orange gear for playing with pleasure, you need to team play and have luck, exactly like in real WArhammer Fantasy role play or just WHF, and every run is different
Bravery doesn’t seem right for Waystalker. She manages to be one of the easiest and also most powerful careers which is what I believe attracts players to her. Shade takes way more skill to play at highest efficiency so I don’t think they should be on the same level. I’ve seen waystalkers that wipe out patrols and get 40 elite kills but die to slave rat’s because they’re shit at horde clearing and waystalker is all they play. For most people she’s just aim and shoot and that’s not very hard. Probably should be in A tier at the very least.
I just tried ranger vet with 1H hammer and it's great for melee, not sure why but I like it way more than 2H hammers Handmaiden is cool with 1H sword, I prefer it than spear and shield
i play him with 1h hammer myself - really great push, amazing dodge, good horde cleave and decent armor damage on heavy - it has it all! good all-around its not that good for horde clears but it has great push combo to control them at least + a lot of stamina
