I use this machine with the diesel heater. It’s the greatest decision I’ve made starting a new business. It’s not easy starting a new business with no experience or training, but I dove head first, and so far been keep my head above water. This machine allows me to do carpets, tile, upholstery, and I’ve done all 3 in one job. I learned a lot the first few jobs. I went from taking 3-4 hours on a house making $150, to the same amount of time averaging about $1k now a year later. I hired an assistant and steadily closing contracts with this set up. Magic wands staff, while I’m sure we’re annoyed by my questions almost daily, were a big part of my success going into year 2. I run this set up as an electronic truck mount, and when I get high rise condos, I’m able to take it out my trailer and work like normal from outlets. I’m using the tile spinner to clean up after stripping vct tile too. Makes doing multiple jobs easy for sure.
can you show more about the dirty water pump out because i have a portable and it has the pump out house same as a regular water house but is not fast enough to pump out ,and if I can connect it to a waste water tank. because here in nebraska you can not dump your dirty water on peoples yard, thanks
Hey! The waste tank pump is 3.3 GPM. You can look into the Escape 800psi . Basically same specs as the Vortex with the exception being that the pump out on it it’s 35 GPM

I have a regular portable 2 cords one for 2 vaccumes and the other for the pump ...and a circuit detector n I find myself rarely being able to turn both vacs on with out tripping the breaker, how does this differ being that this machine is much more powerful than a regular porty? Thanks for your answer!
Hi. All machines are a little different on how they are engineered. The Mytee LX motors in this are providing 30% more vacuum for the same amp draw. The 800 psi pressure pump is also 1.5 amps less that other pumps that produce 800 psi. Then again, it all also depends on where you live. Some old houses will just blow fuses, because when they were built, they didn't have higher amp needs like we do now. :)
I would recommend to have the water pump and 1 vacuum, and 1 vacuum by itself, that's how i have mine and it works good and it's 2 vacuum 3 stage and 220 pump
Considering this machine but have you seen Nathan's Carpet Cleaning video? why is pump pressure so low for 800 psi? what is gpm and can that be increased?
It's not true. Some people don't know anything about engineering and spread misinformation. Mostly motivated and funded by our competitors. A machine is engineered to produce the right amount of power without blowing fuses. Vortex was the #1 selling machine last year and they are also the hardest machine to get due to their high demand. Best thing for you is to come in and for us to show you the performance and even compare it to any other machine.
