“Parang misua” was exactly what I said when I finally got my order at Ay Chung, too 😆 Great episode! Send Martin to more street food trips abroad, please! 😉
I was just in Taipei a few weeks ago! I miss the food in their night markets. I was also able to try the same Xiao Long Bao at that store and it was definitely cheap and delicious! Also the Japanese drink they mentioned is called Ramune (ラムネ)
@Faye Caryl Chico Im trying to comment the google link map, but I think it's being deleted for some reason. Anyways its name is 龍吃飽 (translated as Long Chi Bao) its just nearby the Xing Fu Tang milk tea place that they also ordered at.
this kind of series is so good and very helpful especially for newbie travellers like me who want and plan to travel around the globe. the budgeting, food expectations, and itinerary are quite intimidating Featr thank you po
Went to Taipei with my family back in 2018, and to this day, it is best food experience we’ve ever had. We’ve been to countries that are known for their food but everything we ate in Taipei just hits the spot.
Night markets are really good way to try taiwan foods ....most popular is called "chipay"....or chicken chop....its really good...most ofw's love it....try it....and also "naitsa"..or milk tea.....theres alot of it....
Oh! Man! Just a few days ago I was thinking of going to Taipei a a solo traveler. This would greatly help me in deciding what to do and eat there. Though it is not yet certain if I will choose Taiwan, but I for sure do want to go to this wonderful country! and yeah, #taiwanisacountry
