I got a great Bundt mold but found all the box mixes made 'light' cakes. Like if you tried to pick up a slice of cake it would fall apart. I wanted a good 'throwing' cake, if you will, that had enough density to be thrown across a room and only come apart upon meeting the wall. Not literally, but you know what I mean. This cake did it. Nice 'meaty' cake.

Just popped this out of the oven for my grandsons birthday tomorrow. Looks and smells awesome!
