I watch every video you make! I just have to tell you. I’m a 43 year old mom with 7 kids and before I followed and watched your chocolate chip cookie video I had GIVEN up hope I could every make cookies. They were always flat, not right in some way. NOW I rewatch your video every time I make them (and double the recipe of course;)) and my kids and two grandkids think I make the best cookies in the world. Thank you for that blessing!! We grate and freeze zucchini so we can make goodies all winter on occasion we use marshmallow fluff for frosting zucchini cake yummy both ways

Life hack: if you crack your egg on the counter instead of the bowl your less likely to get pieces of the shell in your batter! Hope I could help😊 love your baking videos!!💖

I always crack my eggs on the sink wall for easy clean up, and open the egg into a cup or ball so if there are any shell bits, they can be easily taken out

My oldest son, now 27 years old, renamed chocolate zucchini cake. We have called it "magic cake" ever since. He was 3 or 4 when he gave it that name, after helping to make it. We asked him, " what makes it magic?" He said, in his little boy logic, "it starts off green (because of the zucchini), and then it comes out of the oven chocolate. It's magic, Mom!" I love your channel. You and Chad are adorable together. I make chocolate zucchini cake often. I pour chocolate chips over the top then it doesn’t need frosting. Also, I leave the skin on my zucchini whenever I bake with it. That’s just how I was raised here in the northeast. Have a beautiful day🌞

Hello! I did it today, and it was great! I did 3 changes: 1 cup of coconut flour and 1 cup of regular one, I did not peel the zucchini and I did not frosty ! We love it!!!

Wow that was a big zucchini. I just love zucchini. Am going to cook some up here today. Bought a couple yesterday, but could not get them done till now. Just love this time of year with all the fruits and vegetables to make into wonderful things to eat. Have you ever cooked with the flower of zucchini. I have not, but watched a video the other day. Very interesting. I do not have a garden, so going to see if I can find some flowers somewhere to cook. God Bless.

MADE THIS CAKE LAST NIGHT, 14TH DEC.2021, ALTERED THE AMOUNTS SLIGHTLY TO ACCOMMODATE THE LACK OF TWO LARGE ZUCCHINIS & ADDED HALF THE AMOUNT OF OIL & REPLACED THE OTHER HALF WITH YOGURT...BAKED IT IN A SQUARE GLASS PAN 8X8 & IT CAME OUT FANTASTIC...PLUS, I DID NOT SEPARATE THE DRY FROM THE WET EITHER...IT WAS LIGHT, IT WAS TALL & WITH THE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING , IT WAS JUST AMAZING...THANKYOU FOR YOUR RECIPE...MERRY CHRISTMAS 2021...BLESSINGS...;)

Jennifer, make a plan zucchini cake and add 1 cup of drained pineapple to the batter. Cook as directions with your zucchini cake. This is a delicious cake also. TFS your chocolate zucchini cake.

I have a recipe very similar but I add a 1/2 tsp of instant coffee granules. It really ups the chocolate taste.I also add.... chocolate chips! It is so moist and delicious. Try making it as a bread in a loaf pan. No need for icing because of the chips!

Hello I enjoy watching your videos, especially on cleaning tips have come in handy. I was in the hospital in 2017 supposed to be three to four days ended up being seventy-four days. Yes your cleaning tips work well for me. I see your grater may I ask where I can purchase the same style love it. I had on similar mine had one handle it got lost unloading from a camping weekend. This cake looks so yummy!! Want to make it this week.... Just have one quick question for you on it, the recipe card says to use 1/2 cup cocoa, but in the video you say 1/4 cup cocoa.... which should I go with? Can’t wait to try it, it looks fabulous!! when i bake i would mix dry ing together firston tv they just dump it i like yr way and mine i might of made one w/choc once but i used to make zucchni bread home grown is the best and if its juicy its more moist yummy
