Don't need tren or steroids and it isn't crazy. I've done 25kg within 6 months to a year. The video doesn't say 20+ muscle, you can see he's got some fat on him. I've also just done a cut and lost 15kg in 2 to 3 months. I was gaining strength while cutting too but I got an overtraining injury because I'm natural and wasn't recovering fast enough which put me out for a bit which is a shame. Just eat good clean food and look after yourself to put your body in an optimum state. Focusing on testosterone optimisation through food and way of life is the best thing to do if avoiding steroids and similar

It's hilarious to me how they dedicate so much time, effort, money and drugs that fuck your body just to feel like you are worth something based on just repetition and not creativity or intellectual development.
It's crazy to see ignorant people like you not seeing that he put on mostly fat, and then muscle, and then cut down and kept some of the additional muscle mass, that is not a steroid physique, it's easily obtainable naturally in 4-8+ years of consistent smart training, meanwhile you only care about education, there are people out there that do it all, not focusing on one thing and either being "stupid" but strong which isn't true it's just unknowledgeable, and there are people becoming educated and fat and weak which is what most people do, because it gived them a sense of power, because they can abuse it and make fun of others, while they couldn't even hold themselves in a plank position for a second.@@JustDoIt12131
