These COUNTRY STYLE BBQ RIBS will become your favorite and they will become a habit and you will want them all the time even in your dreams. They are affordable, very meaty and easy to make. These COUNTRY STYLE BBQ RIBS are what we make when we don't want to stand by the bbq grill, they are easy to put together and off to the oven they go. ❤
INGREDIENTS----------------
2 1/2 Lbs. Country Style Pork Ribs (boneless)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
2 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Kosher Salt (as needed)
Freshly ground black pepper (as needed)
1 C. water
3/4 C. Apple cider vinegar
BBQ sauce of your choice

My mouth just watered! Rachel! You NEED to publish a cookbook! I love all your recipes and am thrilled to cook more Mexican food than enchilada and tacos! (I'm Colombian and my mom was a bad cook) I grew up in So Calif and I loved Mexican food more than any other, including American food. Well, except for grilled and smoked meats. Please. publish a cookbook. If we get a grid down situation we won't have any way to use our computers and your yummy food will be lost to us. I'm collecting all the books I'll need to cook, grow a garden, raise chickens, have bees, and we need your food. Thumbs up to you for using the cooking gloves! I use them when I handle meat because of often having to reach for a forgotten ingredient or dish (as well as the phone and other “emergencies” 🥴). I’d like to suggest a product that I’ve also used in meat prep for a long time; that’s “Cut and Toss” single use cutting boards that are compostable. They sell directly from their website or from Amazon. They are cut resistant and you can use them flat or fold them on the edge creases to catch liquids. I have these for meat and plastic or wood for everything else. They’re especially good for tailgating and camping.

Oh my goodness Rachel this recipe is so good. My husband is not a fan of pork ribs because they have a tenancy to be dry and tough. He loves this recipe. Hi from Barbados. Love your videos. Here we put our pork in a lime and salt or vinegar and salt mixture first for a bit. Then wash them off and add our seasoning and spices. Great stuff

Oh Rachel, you're killing me here! I love, no - I ADORE - Country Style BBQ Pork Ribs. It was my favorite Sunday meal my mom would make when I'd visit her on Sundays (with parsley buttered baby potatoes and a vegetable side). I can't make them as good as she did. I use apple cider vinegar, but I was putting it in and cooking them right away. I'm going to try your method of letting them sit in it for 30 minutes. Can't wait to make them again.

Yummy 😋 Prima, they look delicious 😋. That's one thing about Pork Ribs, they do com mine overnight either I grill them or put them in the oven too! I baked some 2weeks ago. My family loves them when we get together. For Easter we grilled them and my nephew was mad cuz there wasn't that much left. And we made plenty. He loves my ribs so does everyone else, but him he makes sure he gets some. Haha. So yours looked very good.🥰😋
