I watched another video on this and he didn’t remove the top left nut he just installed the sleeve on top of the nut. This makes more sense because this matches the picture in the instructions. Thanks for the video

Keep the top bolt in then add the extension. Good video tho. Great pedal i just did it in mine as well.

Agreed this should come standard. I don't have any room for this on my 2024 Wrangler because it is a manual and the clutch pedal is there. I wish Jeep would make the foot well a little wider to have enough room for this. I did a long road trip bringing my Jeep home and I found that I have to put my foot under the clutch pedal when I need to stretch out. It's still not the most comfortable.
