If you have Diabetes then you should eat this in small amounts. Yes there is not sugar in this dish, it dose have maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is high on the Glycemic Index, meaning it can spike your blood sugar.

Where is the matodextrin ? My jello has aspartame. Which is ok.. it doesn't spike my insulin.

You can use flavored but unsweetened gelatin and for sweetener use erythritol (SWERVE) which is the currently known safest zero calorie zero carb sweetener which measures like real sugar. If you don't mind the slight bitter taste .. you can use stevia

you can add whipp cream at the end its low carbs too

That's true 😉 but you will have to add the whip cream when you cut a piece because it would not stay on the jello since it will melt.

Make as much jello as you want according to instructions on box. Substitute water with cream . if recipes calls for 6 cups water sub 3 cups cream and add all together and cut up when set . there is many variations to making this.

Awww thank you! I wouldn't eat a jello after 1 week take into consideration that this type of jello has milk so I wouldn't have it for longer than 7 days 😉

Lol 🤣 sorry it's my accent 😅 I actually used to say jello instead of yellow. So basically when I think of the color yellow I have to think of ice in Spanish in order to pronounce it correctly. In this video I guess I was so concentrated on not to say yellow and actually ended saying it lol 🤣 I'm glad you like the recipe 😊

When I was doing the keto diet I lost 15 pounds and it took a while for me to gained them back. I stopped doing Keto because I pretty much got grossed out with all the fat you are supposed to ingest. This jello is good for keto but remember everything with moderation.
