CONFUSION Taking weight 64kg for calculations, here are the recommended diet 1. CALORIES - 1280 2. PROTIEN - 96 Which amounts to (Calories: 384) 3. FAT - 44.8 (Calories: 403.2) 4. CARBS - 284.5 (Calories: 1139.2) So if we add all the calories from protien, fat & Carbs, its going way above the recommended one. Have i done some mistake ?

Not corn flakes...bran n endosperm missing in it. Oats too...long cooking oats to be preferred. No breads...white n whole doesn't have much difference. Maybe sour ones.

For total calories = your weight x 20 For protein = your weight x 1.5 For fats = your weight x (.7) For carbohydrates = total calories-protein calories-fat calories (divided by) 4
Hii Yes I understood the formula. But if we calculate total Carbohydrate and divide by 4 we get 154 calories. But if we calculate p+f+c then the total calorie is only 1,100 (approx) and not 1,600 calories as per his example Please help to let me know if I am wrong or right
