So basically I live in pakistan and in this country, the gas goes at 10:30 I spent the whole day because the yeast was missing . When the yeast finally came it was like 8 something, I read my prayers and the dough was ready. Then it was 10:15 I tested a donut and it was delicoussss, I love your cooking hafsa, keep going, you're growing 💙

Now add 3,cup all purpose flour, 50gm butter, mix it well now add yeast mixture, n add egg mixture, mix well m kneed a soft n sticky dough n let it rest for 1-2 HR untill double in size For glaze 200gm dark chocolate, 1/4 cup whipped cream n 1/4 cup milk, cook on low flame n it's ready Now make doughnuts n fry on low flame. Then dip in chocolate glaze n it's ready

Made these! Turned out pretty good as it was my first time! My doughnuts became stretchy when they cooled, were perfect when warm. They were still soft and light but just stetchy. How can I avoid that next time?

Recipe: 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1/2 sugar 1 tbsp vanilla essence ~blend/mix~ 1/4 cup lukewarm water 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp yeast ~let it rest for 10 minutes~ 3cups maida 50gm butter/margarine ~mix everything together, kneed the dough till everything comes together and rest it for another hour~ ~cut the donuts out, the thickness should be half inch, let the donuts rest for another 15 to 20 minutes~ ~fry the donuts on low flame, 1 minute each side~
