for me also felt halft empty. i find it dry formula. i put some eye contact drops in order not to cry my money 100%. i will use ir for a month and then HUGE PASS. Was so sad for this i was hopping finally i had find a drugstore mascara that no dry look the eyelashes Disapoint.

I got mine from Amazon. Maybe try that?
