INGREDIENTS:
200 grams ( 1.5 cup ) All purpose Flour
28 grams ( 1/4 cup ) Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
200 grams ( 1 cup) Granulated Sugar
120 ml ( 1/2 cup ) Vegetable oil
240 ml ( 1 cup) Boiling water
1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tbsp = tablespoon (15ml)
1 tsp = teaspoon (5ml)
1 cup = 240ml

I was in a pinch and had to bake last minute yesterday. I'd been looking for a good eggless recipe for a while now. I must say, I love how soft and decadent this cake is. It turned out just perfect - as depicted. I've been looking for a recipe that doesn't use any kind of non dairy milk and this is just the right one. This recipe is awesome! I’m planning to bake this recipe for my child’s birthday party in 6 days. If baking for 20- 25 people, how many layers and what size would you suggest? Please guide. I love to bake but don’t use much of frostings. More into eggless tea cakes but if I am to ganache this for the party, will this hold well? Eager to hear from you. Thank you so much!

Can u make a video on cutting cake board to cake size,since many times it is difficult to get a neat finished cake because of big cake board at base and also my parchment paper had lots of ganache stucked in the end while doing sharp edges

Look easy to do. Thank you for sharing. Just one q. If I substitute baking soda with baking powder in this recipe. Then I will need to put 3 tsp of baking powder and skip the vinegar right? Pls suggest if it will be a good idea. My baking soda may not be as potent.
