Just popped for this bike and right away - a problem installing the front wheel - which of course, your video couldn’t help me resolve because you skipped the entire assembly! Not helpful…So, the front wheel rotor first would not fit between the brake pads without a struggle. Once on though, the wheel would not freely rotate. So I wrote the company (phone number no longer is connected) and they suggested forcing the pads and pistons with a flat blade screwdriver. It helped but still drags! Now they tell me to bring to a bike shop and they will reimburse me. Whatta pain! Is there some adjustment that I can try myself first? It’s a Dyisland hydraulic system with a 160-E rotor. Would have been nice if you included the small assembly process in your video. BTW: a 2amp power supply is NOT a “fast” power supply as you said. It’s very basic and ordinary. The bike is ok for $950 (what I paid) but I still can’t ride it and that’s very frustrating.
