Yeah, if we were to go the old school the real hot comb is the one that uses the stove. Sometimes, I find nothing beats the way things were done back then; However, the electronic version makes it easier to control the temperature, less hassle to have a stove near by to heat the hotcomb. Plus, it’s great for beginners who are familiarizing themselves with a hotcomb.

Hi dear, A hot comb with a dual voltage is usually better as you can use them in every country without a converter. Something with a 120/240 volts

It can work for short hair but it’s important to get one with a temperature control setting as you can regulate the amount of heat application to your short hair without burning ur scalp.
