For months I had pain from my back and buttocks, went for exrays they didn't find anything. Today I tried these stretches didn't think they would work, but actually I noticed such a difference. It helped so much. I wish I did this sooner. Thank you so much!😊

@@MiltonChiropracticClinicl have similar issues.. If do any hard work when l rest i can't even walk.. too painful from top of buttocks.. But now l have pain even in my leg muscle.. O m g I can’t thank you enough for this simple stretch! I was working in my garage for days and must have stressed muscles I never use and I could barely walk without screaming pain. Five days of this pain when I walk and I wanted to crawl under a rock and die. Have done a few sets of these last night and today and boy is a lot of the pain gone.
Jesus Christ I needed that. Almost immediate relief. Suffering terrible lower back pain raidiating into the left side of the buttocks. Noticed a giant knot and found this video. Life saver

Very good. I had results immediately and I was surprised how difficult this stretch is. I had to lay on the bed and use the wall lo lift my leg. I was too out of shape for it.

Going to keep this up. I've been in pain for about five weeks. Have had two prescriptions of steroids, muscle relaxers and a new anti-inflammatory. Nothing is working so far. Tried this just now and it feels just slightly better. I'll keep it up, though, and see if there's any relief. Waiting to see if I qualify for an mri. Thank you.

I mainly feel the pain during long drives in my car. Is that anything I need to do to reduce the pain during long drive ? My car is 5 speed manual and I drive it myself.

This is so awesome I pull my left button by the slightest movements thus see. To help it’s the most pain I felt due to my car seat being um even thank you for this video when I pulled my left button yesterday I screamed like a baby and will do this every day before I work out at the gym

Very common indeed. The ligaments around the pelvis can get a bit lax during the last trimester of the pregnancy in preparation for delivery. This means that the piriformis muscle might have to work a bit harder to compensate. Stretching will help!
What is the permanent solution for this .can you please give me a permanent solution for this pain I am suffering from so many months I can't even sit n walk properly. When I work for the whole day or some physical activities I get this pain please suggest me some permanent solution
Sit less. Get up every 45 minutes and walk for 10 minutes. Adjust the chair and the desk. You could invest in a standing desk as well. Symptoms are nothing more than the logical consequence of some sort of action. In the majority of cases the action involves a sedentary lifestyle. Good luck!
