1/2 Box rice cereal squares
1/2 Box corn cereal squares
1/2 lb pecan halves
1/2 can deluxe mixed nuts
1 cup small pretzels
1 cup(2sticks) butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1 pinch cream of tarter
Preheat overs to 300F. Spray two baking sheets with non stick spray.
Mix all dry ingredients together
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium low heat. Stir in corn syrup and brown sugar. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, stir continuously. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and cream of tarter.
Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients and stir carefully to coat. Divide evenly on the pans and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Carefully stir every 5 minutes. Do not over cook. Let cool and break apart and place in air tight container.
