It's a great system, I have the Bosch dual glide saw and gravity rise stand but once you put a heavy beam on there to dock it you will lose your level position because of the deflection in the stand itself. You need to add legs to the outriggers for it to remain coplanar and therefore square.

$450 for this is insane. I didn't pay that much for my saw and stand combined. I'll just have to make one myself. 250 would be a bit more reasonable.

+MrVegaslive Unfortunately, I agree with you. If I was a professional that could justify the business expense, great... but I'm a hobbyist. Having a fence that costs as much as my saw and more than the stand just isn't a cost I can stomach.

If those extensions just came with there own support leg to the ground I’d buy a set right now and just attach them to my stand.

Just set mine up. What are the 2 vertical loose Allen screws on each micro adjustment block? Also, it appears that the extrusion is different now. My Bosch fence wings interfered so I had to make a 2 piece face and set the extrusion forward to be able to remove the wings. Still happy with it though.

The 2 vertical loose Allen screws are used to give the precision adjustment block a degree of front to back adjustment. Tightening either side will tilt the precision adjustment block if needed. The extrusions in the video are the same, we modified the saw rail extensions to allow for the removal and use of them with our system.

Cool Product, but $500? This is pretty over expensive. Thats like buying two of the gravity rise stand or 5/6 of the saw.I was expecting under $200.

I'm sticking with my old school hand built cut stations! In three plus decades on West coast job sites. I've seen these guys since I started! Hell I remember Old Man Deluge coming to the jobs to make custom hammers called LA FRAMER. IMO These tool guys should ALL have to spend a few years on site using their NEW tool ideas before they sell them! LOL!!!

How do you mount this with the Bosch GTA3800? With the rollers?

+Nate Daggett You can remove the roller and mount a mounting plate on the extension or you can actually just lay the fence on top of the roller and adjust the roller to the correct height. Most people remove the roller and make a small modification to mount the mounting plates. Paul
